The Stream series is Emerson’s new line of semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors. It was developed with the promise to be even more efficient than Discus. The Stream series is a brand new line of four and six-cylinder compressors with best in class performance for today’s HFC, natural and low GWP refrigerants. The Stream series compressors are specially designed for low and medium temperature refrigeration applications and will at term replace the S series and the Discus series.
